These beautiful old antique carved cedar panels could have come from a bed, but now are used for decoration. Each carved scene is a wonderful depiction of a man (possibly a scholar) conversing with Buddha. Lovely carvings show the craftsman's hand in depicting the trees, flowers & background. The old red lacquer & gilt finish shows all its wonderful age. Each panel measures 59" high x 13.5" wide. The top panel is open. These are a great option for wall decor with added mirrors.
